PCADS: BRING THE RAIN!

Despite the fact that it’s just barely into springtime, wildfires are already occupying the minds of many officials the world over. Whether they are known as bushfires, veld fires, waldbrands, incendio forestals or any of a number of different names depending on where they burn, in a warming climate these destructive phenomena are becoming all too common. New ideas are needed and now there is the Precision Container Aerial Delivery System (PCADS). Michael Archer Reports.
